Music and Exercise

One of the best combination in getting fit and healthy is to exercise with the music on. In today's technology when you can have music while jogging or doing your sweating session at the treadmill, how can you not get fit and healthy at the same time.

It is also said that whenever you play the musical instruments you burn calories, just try strumming those 5 string bass or your old guitar after a hearty lunch out. Notice how you will feel better from a little sweating out and it's a good pastime too! So the next time you feel like uninspired to sweat out, get some music on to get your nerves ready. Try it and feel brand new in a few minutes.

How to Lose the Holiday Fats

The foods we have feasted on the holiday break for sure take a toll on our ever growing tummy. Admit it, the tummy area is the hardest part to fight those unwanted fats. So how can we ever achieve that elusive abs? Oh well, I wish it can disappear by drumming at it like those DW Drums, however that isn’t even possible.

So to start, watch out your food intake, it can start by counting your calories. Always those fat burning foods like, apple, salmon, dark chocolate, green tea or oatmeal. It is also best to eat fiber-rich foods like fruits and vegetables. Most importantly, exercise at least 30minutes a day, every single day!
