Preventing Bacteria at Home

My wife can be OC (obsessive compulsive) in terms of cleanliness at home. It can sometimes weird, that whenever she cleans she has Clorox all over the place and some Lysol. I cannot imagine how clean she wants it to be.

And that doesn’t stop there, on her purse she always has a hand spray, ready whenever she goes. I think I need to get her a custom hand sanitizer to make her feel I support her being OC and all but that would make her all the more hygienic to the highest level of the word. But who am I to complain when the house is spick and span all the time?! Me? Of course not!

What is a balance diet?

Since wife and I started to live a healthy lifestyle we have searched the internet and started asking some health-conscious friends about what to eat or not to eat. We have decided to eat fruits, raw vegetables and stick to white meat. But what is really a balance diet? We both learned that a balance diet is composed of a plate (just a medium sized plate and no, not the size of a military ring), half of which are filled with fiber (fruits or vegetables), one fourth carbohydrates (rice, potato) and one fourth protein (chicken breast or egg).

 If you can have a balance meal every four hours, this helps in achieving a flat tummy and a healthy body.

How to Lose 8lbs in 1 Month

Want to remove those unwanted fats and get fit fast? Oh well, this can be a good start to try but my wife lost 8lbs in just a month by following these simple regimens.

 First, she started counting her calorie intake. She read on one article that a standard calorie intake for a person with sedentary lifestyle is 1200 a day. And since she doesn’t have time to exercise, she started counting her calorie intake to 1200 calories a day. Second, she drinks plenty of water – some 2 liters a day and drinks hot green tea twice a day. Since she counts calories she stays away from junk foods, fast food and any other food high in calories or fats. Third, she sleeps for 7 to 8 hours a day.

She does all these in a month and she surprisingly lost 8lbs! She was 122lbs last month and now she’s bragging about being 114lbs!
