Keep hydrated to stay focus and in good mood
There are lots of things that can make us down. If you are an equestrian and you don’t have english riding boots, then that is something you should be down. Failing the examination which you have prepared long ago, that’s another but have you experience feeling down even though you don’t know the reason? If so, with this post you will know why you’re down, it is because you are dehydrated already.
Dehydration was the main factor why you are experiencing headaches, loss of focus, fatigue and low mood according to the recent study. If we want to stay in good mood, we must stay hydrated all the time by drinking lots of water and other liquids that can substitute water though 8 glasses a day is too much. We can also check if we are still hydrated by observing our urine. The darker the urine is, the more water that we need to stay hydrated.

Tonsilitis and its Treatment
I often hear people saying that they are experiencing tonsillitis and they are seriously in pain having this illness. I remember my daughter having this and I am deeply bothered seeing her in pain. She didn’t want to drink milk or doesn’t want to take anything in her mouth or else she will cry out loud. With my confusion, I searched for the symptoms of it and I guess I have this illness now.
Tonsilitis is the inflammation of the tonsil cause by viruses and bacteria that can last for 3 weeks. Sore throat and fever are the most common symptoms and it can be treated by antibiotics though no treatment yet to shorten its duration. Swollen lymph nodes, difficulty in swallowing, headache, body ache and chills are other symptoms which I’m experiencing for two weeks now. I don’t want this illness to become complicated that’s why I bought mouthwash that kills bacteria and lozenges and later tonight, I will take antibiotics. I’m hoping that with all these medications this will finally be cured cause I’m really having a hard time eating.
