How to Lose 8lbs in 1 Month

Want to remove those unwanted fats and get fit fast? Oh well, this can be a good start to try but my wife lost 8lbs in just a month by following these simple regimens.

 First, she started counting her calorie intake. She read on one article that a standard calorie intake for a person with sedentary lifestyle is 1200 a day. And since she doesn’t have time to exercise, she started counting her calorie intake to 1200 calories a day. Second, she drinks plenty of water – some 2 liters a day and drinks hot green tea twice a day. Since she counts calories she stays away from junk foods, fast food and any other food high in calories or fats. Third, she sleeps for 7 to 8 hours a day.

On weekend she has her cheat days and eats all that she wants. She reads about ways on how to lose weight while reading for cheap catalog printing in between taking care of the kids. She does all these in a month and she surprisingly lost 8lbs! She was 122lbs last month and now she’s bragging about being 114lbs!

Top 9 Fat Burning Foods

Wife and i recently is into reading lots of articles about the fat burning foods. This is one of the research we found very helpful most especially since we both want to lose weight fast. I have read about the top 9 top burning foods and some we follow to eat everyday.

To sum up they are, whole grains such as brown rice and oatmeal. Lean meats, low fat dairy products, lentils, hot peppers and Four cups of green tea a day, as green tea sheds more than six pounds in eight weeks! For a visual summary please see below picture that i got from the net;

Healthy Lifestyle

Wife and I have decided to change our lifestyle most especially on our eating habits. It’s not being vain or something, but the shift to healthy eating started after we watched some informational program on TV. It says that whatever we eat, it should give nutrients to our body cells and not on the cancer cells.

We have stayed away from anything junk, processed and fast food for almost a month now. We have included on our diet a lot of vegetables and fruits. And this I know is a better way for our children to follow. It’s like passing on the best burlap drapes curtains from my wife to her children’s children, it’s a habit we have to follow from now on forward.
