How to Lose the Holiday Fats

The foods we have feasted on the holiday break for sure take a toll on our ever growing tummy. Admit it, the tummy area is the hardest part to fight those unwanted fats. So how can we ever achieve that elusive abs? Oh well, I wish it can disappear by drumming at it like those DW Drums, however that isn’t even possible.

So to start, watch out your food intake, it can start by counting your calories. Always those fat burning foods like, apple, salmon, dark chocolate, green tea or oatmeal. It is also best to eat fiber-rich foods like fruits and vegetables. Most importantly, exercise at least 30minutes a day, every single day!
